1- Insert 12 Cam Bolts and 8 Dowels into both Vertical Tower Side Panels B&C. As shown in figure. 2- Attach Top Fixed Shelf E to both Side Tower Panels B&C and tighten using a screwdriver3- Insert 3 Dowels and attach Toe Kick Filler E2 to Bottom Fixed Shelf E14- Attach Bottom Fixed Shelf E1 to both Side Tower Panels B&C and tighten using a screwdriver.

Note: The depth of Bottom Shelf E1 is 1" less than Top Shelf E to acomodate for any base board clearance already installed on existing wall.

Caution:Do not over-tighten the Cam Bolts to the Tower Side Panel, otherwise the Cam Nuts will not be able to catch and lock the Cam Bolts.

1- Lay Tower assembly flat on its face. Make sure the floor is clean and dirt free to protect the finish of the Tower.

2- Insure all corners of the Tower is even and balanced.

TIP #1: Use 90° Bracket as a guide by holding it on one of the Tower's corner from the outside. Move the Tower slightly to the left or right until the Bracket fully touches the Tower surface. Repeat at other corners.

Tip #2: Measure the distance between one corner of the Tower to the opposite corner. Then measure the distance between the other two corners. The two measurements should be the same, if not, move the Tower slightly to the left or right and measure again.

3- Place 90° Bracket at each corner and screw in place using ½" screws.

1- Before attaching Tower to Wall, decide on the final look of your closet. Whether you want to cut any one of Top Shelf A, or both to fit your closet, or, if you have the room, install it without any cutting. Remember, Solid Wood Closet's design is modular and can fit a closet up to 10 feet wide.

2- Measure Top Shelf A after cuts, if any. Add ¼ " to the measurement and this will be the distance between the right or left side wall of your closet to the Tower. Example: Let's say you decided to leave the length of Top Shelf A the same, 48". The Tower should be placed 48 ¼ " from the right or left side wall of the closet.

3- Mark the wall where the Tower should be placed with a pencil.

4- Place the Tower by the pencil mark.

5- Use a Level on the Side Tower Panels to ensure the Tower is balanced and even. If not, make the proper adjustment by placing a shimmy or small objects under the Tower to balance.

6- Find a stud directly behind and above the Tower.

7- Attach Large Angle Brackets to the wall using 1 1/2" screws, making sure at least one Angle Bracket is secured to a stud. The second Angle Bracket can be secured by using Drywall Plastic Toggle.

8- Attach other end of Angle Brackets to Top Fixed Shelf using 1/2" screws.

Tip: If you cut Top Shelf A, the remainder can be used as an adjustable shelf, if it's at least 24".

Note: A clearance of 1" X 6" is incorporated into the design of both Vertical Side Panels B&C to provide room for any Base Board attached to existing wall.

1- Place the U-Bracket on the side panel of Tower, as shown in Figure , where the side of the brackets with screw holes is on top. Position it about 1/8" higher than the Vertical Tower Side Panel, and 1" inward (2” if installing crown molding).

2-Mark screw location with a pencil.

3- Drill a hole, and secure the U-Bracket by a 1 ½" screw.

4- Repeat steps 1-3 for the second U-Bracket on same Vertical Side Panel.

Note: Since the 1 1/2" screw will penetrate both Vertical Tower Side Panels B&C and Top Fixed Shelf E, make sure the screw hole is drilled straight to avoid damage to the surface of the Top Fixed Shelf .

5- Once the U-Brackets are installed on the side panel of Tower, measure the location of the U-Bracket screw vertical and horizontal.

6- Mark the screw location on the opposite side wall of each bracket using measurements obtained in step 5.

7- If there is no wall studs behind the marked screw positions, use Drywall Plastic Toggle and Screw the U-Brackets in place using 1 1/2" screws.

8- Slide Top Shelf A in position through the U-Brackets

9- Screw Top Shelf A in place using 1/2" screws securing the top of the U-Bracket to Top Shelf.

TIP: If there is no room to slide the Top Shelf through the U-Brackets, you can tilt the front U-Brackets downward, and slide the Top Shelf upward. As soon as you clear the obstacle, level the Top Shelf and slide it through the back U-Brackets.

10- Repeat steps 1-9 to install other Top Shelf

Note: If you are placing Top Shelf A lower than the top of Vertical Tower Panel, make sure you use 1/2" screws instead of 1 1/2" to screw the U-Bracket into Vertical Tower Side Panel.

Insert Shelf Holder Pins at desired shelf location, and place Shelves D on Shelf Holder Pins

It is recommended to secure one of the Adjustable Shelves to the Tower’s Side Panels using the supplied 4 Small Angle Brackets for extra stability. Attach the 4 Small Angle Brackets to the bottom of Adjustable shelf and secure it to the Tower Side Panels using ½” screws.

1- Measure 2" down from the inside of Top Shelf A, and 10" from back wall of closet. Mark the spot on Vertical Tower Side Panel B or C. This spot is the center where the Hanger Rod Support will be placed.

2- Secure the Hanger Rod Support in place using 1/2" screws, making sure the marked spot in step 1 is in the center of Hanger Rod Support.

3- Using the same measurements above, install Hanger Rod Support on the opposite side wall using Drywall Plastic Toggle, if wall stud is not found. Use 1 1/2" screw only if there is a wall stud behind the marked spot.

4- To install the lower Hanger rod, measure 36" down from the top Hanger Rod, and 10" away form the back wall of the closet. Mark the spot.

5- Repeat the steps above to install the lower Hanger Rod, and use the same procedure to install the Hanger Rod on the other side of the closet.

Tip: Remember, Solid Wood Closets system is modular giving you the option of installing Hanger Rod Support any place you choose, whether it's single hang on one side and double on the other side or any other combination . Just remember the distance between the TOP Hanger Rod and the Top shelf is 2", and the distance between the Top Hanger Rod and the lower Hanger Rod is 36".
