I / We the undersigned do hereby appoint Mr. Farooq Amjad Meer, Mr. Salim Hasan Hasan, Arshad Nazir Mirza, Mr. Zeeshan Ashraf Meer, Mr. Mashood Hussain, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Khan Advocates, to be counsel in the above matter for me/us and to appear, plead, act and answer in the above Court / Tribunal or any other Court / Tribunal / Authority, appellate Forum or any other Forum to which the business is transferred in the above matter, and to sign and file petitions, statements, accounts/exhibits, compromises or other documents whatsoever, in connection with the said matter or any other matter arising there from or ancillary thereto, and also to apply for and receive all documents or copies of documents, deposition etc., and to apply for and get issued summons, notices, warrants, writs or subpoena and to apply for execution, arrest, attachment and any other order, and to employ any other Legal Practitioner authorizing him to exercise the power and authorities hereby conferred on the Advocate whenever he may think fit to do so. AND to do all other acts necessary to manage and conduct the said case in all aspects whether herein specified or not, as may be proper and expedient. AND I/We hereby agree to ratify and confirm all lawful acts done on my/our behalf under or by virtue of these presents or of the usual practice in such matter. PROVIDED always, that if I / We shall remain present and appear on each and every date of hearing and if the case is dismissed in default or proceeded ex-parte against me / us, the said Advocate shall not be held responsible for the same, and I hereby agree that in the event of the whole or any part of the fee agreed by me to be paid to the Advocate, remaining unpaid, the Advocate shall be entitled to withdraw from the prosecution of the said case without any notice to me / us until the same is paid and the Advocate shall not be responsible for the consequences thereof.
