Howdy! I'm , an 8 monthLayla
old mixed breed. I'm a spunky
lady and a bundle of energy.
Basic obedience training would
be good for me because I haven't
had much, but I am very smart
and eager to learn! I love
everyone and think that once I
get some manners under my belt
I'll be the perfect family dog! I'm
just waing for someone to take
a chance on me.
Hello! I'm and I loveDylan
e v e r y o n e ! I a m a s w e e t ,
rambuncous adult cat here at
LHS. I am currently in a small
colony with 3 other cats that I
get along with very well. I also
do well with dogs that are as
sweet to me as I am to them. My
favorite things to do are run
around and snuggle, depending
on when I get my bursts of
energy. I've been a resident here
since March and cannot wait to
find my perfect family.

Look no further, your dream dog
is right here! I'm and IOliver
know I could be your best friend,
snuggle buddy, and finder of the
dropped crumbs! I'm an 8 year
old yellow lab but you'd never
guess my age with how much
energy I have! I would prefer a
home with older chi ldren
because I love my toys so much
and don't always like to share. I
love my family so much that I get
nervous when I'm le alone. If
you think I'd be the right man for
you, come see me and prepare
to fall in love!
Hey there! My name is Owasa
and I'm a 5 year old mixed breed.
I love, love, love toys and am
looking for my furrever home
where I can run and play with
the people I love! Somemes I
get so excited when I play that
small children might not be able
to keep up, so I would be best in a
h o m e w i t h s l i g ht l y o l d e r
children. My head might be big,
but my heart is bigger. If you give
me the chance, I can show you
the amazing dog I am!
All LHS animals are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and altered before adoption.
See www.lakeshorehumane.org/adopt/ for our adoptable pets.
Hello, I'm and I loveRubee
snuggles! I do well with dogs
and cats that are respecul of
my space. My favorite hobbies
include napping, playing with
feather toys, and showing off my
beauful fur. I was surrendered
to LHS by no fault of my own, so
I'm waing for someone to
noce how pre y I am and take
me home.
NOTE:As of January 2018,the regular monthly
board meetings(3rd Tuesday of each month)
will be held at 6pm in theCooperstown room atHoly Family MemorialHarbor Town Campus
Well hello there! If you're
looking for an independent older
gentleman, look no further! My
n a m e i s a n d I ' mR u s t y
considered a senior but I feel
good! I must be the center of
your life, so a home with no
other animals is a necessity. My
hobbies include one thing:
napping. Come check me out!

HAPPY TAILSMORE
Cooper Carter was a resident of LHS for over 6 months before we
found him. We remember walking through the front dog's area
looking at all of the wonderful dogs needing homes and then
stopped at his kennel. All of the dogs were excited and barking;
however, Cooper saw us and quietly lay down and looked at us. At
that point we knew he was our li le guy. We visited with him and he
was such a gentleman; we decided to foster him at first to ensure he
would be a good fit for our 3 feline kids. Aer the first day, we knew
he wasn't going back! We've had Cooper for 4 ½ years and couldn't
imagine life without him. He brings us so much joy and puts smiles
on our faces every day. He is our sidekick and goes camping with us
in our travel trailer; although he isn't a fan of late fall and early
spring cooler weather camping. Fortunately the furnace in the RV
makes up for it! We are so thankful he found his way to LHS; another
shelter likely would not have cared for him so long or taken such
good care of him.
- Mike & Cindy Carter
LHS still needs your help…please bring your empty bagged aluminum cans to the shelter. You helped us
reach our 2018 goal of $2000! So far this year, we have reached $2,011.05, let's see if we can reach
$3000! Thank you!
