The Australian Aged Care Sector is evolving but continues to be a challenging, yet rewarding environment to work in. Women make up the majority of the workforce, but this predominantly female workforce does not always transcend into the sectors leadership roles. In addition to this, the Aged Care sector is continually incorporating new reforms (such as the CDC) which only adds to the sectors demanding environment. Female leaders must navigate these challenges in order to achieve leadership success.

The Women in Aged Care Leadership Summit 2015 will address the unique challenges which women face in their roles and will provide practical and proven strategies to overcome these hurdles. It will provide insight into how to re-frame problems and turn challenges into opportunities. Inspirational women from across the Aged Care sector will share their personal stories of achievement, and will offer valuable advice for current and emerging leaders who are in pursuit of leadership excellence. This outstanding event is a must attend for emerging leaders in Aged Care, register early to secure places!
