Discussion: Jonathan Forren and Paula Sales held a joint site visit for two (2) separate projects. Jonathan Forren covered his part of the pre-bid slides, and Paula Sales covered her portion. Majority of the contractors that attended the joint visit were interested in both projected.

Chris Soro, A&E C2RL

Discussion: Maj David Barrett kicked off the plans and specifications presentation, and handed it off to Chris Soro to introduce himself and discuss that this project is a LEED Silver Project, with 50 rooms total for building 406. Mentioned that tinsel requirements and the shear strengths are covered in the structural drawings in S. 2.2. Discussed the mechanical systems (4 Pipe System) and replacing the chillers and boilers. He also mentioned that all the finishes are being replaced. (doors). Bathrooms will be gutted. Essentially this is a full renovation. During the walkthrough one floor was viewed by attendees as all the other floors are identical. Was also shown the mechanical room. Was stated that all furniture will be removed by government.
