The Twentieth Annual Spirit of Enterprise Awards2017 Application
Requirements:Companies may apply for a Spirit of Enterprise Award by selecting between one and three applicable award categories, as outlined below. If you were nominated by another individual, you may choose to apply for categories as you see fit (three maximum).Please complete the full general Spirit of Enterprise application (questions 1 – 11) as well as the category-specific question for each category to which you are applying.

The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Award: Please provide percent owned, operated, and controlled by a minority or group of minorities.An MBE is a for-profit enterprise, which is 51 percent owned, managed, operated and controlled by an ethnic minority or a group of ethnic minorities on a day-to-day basis.
