DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE MEMORY MAKER?

No, you don’t need to do anything to activate Memory Maker — it will be assigned

automatically, so it’s ready for when your holiday begins.

WILWILL MY E-TICKETS INCLUDE FREE MEMORY MAKER?

Any adult tickets purchased after 23rd April 2015 will automitcally receive the Memory Maker service completely free of charge, worth $169 if

purchased in resort.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DISNEY E-TICKETS?

Your travel agent will receive your e-tickets 30 days prior to departure, or 60 days if you're staying

on-site in one of the Disney hotels.

CAN I HAVE MY E-TICKETS EARLIER THAN THE 30 DAY WINDOW?

Unfortunately not, as with all Disney tickets, they will only be ready for allocation 30 days

prior to departure.
