Abstract

As students of both IST and HCI, we frequently need to access course related websites. Our IST 331

class website is part of the Applied Cognitive Science Lab (ACS) web space. The ACS website is both

hard to navigate and understand. Through studying the target users of the website and analyzing

websites of similar intent, we have developed suggestions on how to properly organize a website

similar to the ACS website. We intend for our suggestions to be taken into consideration when

creating a template or website which serves a similar purpose to the ACS website.
