1. The latest WORLD KARATE FEDRATION Competition Rules version 8.0 will be adopted for this championships from cadet, Junior and under 21years other than this below 14 years will carried Budobas rules unless otherwise notified by the Organizer or the Referee Commission.

2. All participants shall abide by the rules and regulations; infringement of any rules and regulations will render the entrant to be disqualified and the forfeiture of any trophy or certificate given or to be given.

3. Each club or group may enter any number of teams in each category, and any number of individuals.

4. Each participating club or group entered must supply referees or judges to work in the championship. The actual number required is dependent on the size of the delegation as follows; up to 10 competitors- 2 referees or judges. More than 10 and up to 20 competitors - 3 referees or judges. More than 20 competitors - 4 referees or judges

5. The coach or the appointed delegate must bring the two passport style photographs and a photocopy of the relevant photo Id of all their participants to the registration which will be held on 11th July 2014 (Friday). Time: 20:00. – 22:00. Preceding the 2 Budobas International Karate-Do Championship

6. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any application without giving any reason.

7. In the cases of insufficient entries in any competition event categories, the Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel, merge or alter any event categories.

All safety equipments compulsory, if failed to wear the safety equipments the contestant will forfeiture.
