Objectives

– Review functionality which streamlines group therapy documentation

vxGroup Note Functionality

• Designed to assist providers with group therapy documentation

• Can quickly generate a progress note for all patients in the group at one time

• Provides a single signature for entire group

Components of vxGroup Notes

• Generate Shared note text

• Generate Individual note text

• Encounter Data

• Signing all notes with one signature

• Save without Signature

• Adding Additional Signers

vxGroup Notes

• Gaining access to software• Two Different ways: User can

– Sign onto vxCPRS– From Tools Menu

• Select vxGroup Notes

OR

– Icon can be displayed on desktop• User will Double-click icon

– vxGroup Note sign-on screen will display– User will enter appropriate user Access/Verify codes
