• Generate Shared note text

• Generate Individual note text

• Encounter Data

• Signing all notes with one signature

• Save without Signature

• Adding Additional Signers

• Gaining access to software• Two Different ways: User can

– Sign onto vxCPRS– From Tools Menu

• Select vxGroup Notes

OR

– Icon can be displayed on desktop• User will Double-click icon

– vxGroup Note sign-on screen will display– User will enter appropriate user Access/Verify codes
