IN The elevator control system utilizes a "Distributed Control System" where elevator operation is controlled by multiple microcomputers. High-performance on-board microcomputers are incorporated into the car operating board, the hall buttons on each floor, and the control panel. These microcomputers efficiently analyze ever-changing operating conditions and immediately control the elevator. The adoption of pathways between linked microcomputers further enhances communication and self-diagnostic capability.
On the basis of following the drive mechanism of Fujitec’s matured products, Fujitec’s new type of PM Door Operator adopts PM motor as the drive component which can save energy consumption around 35% compared with traditional asynchronous motor drive.The new type of PM door operator is designed the multiple security setting and adopt terminal protection device simultaneously, it makes more stable and smooth operation in door opening and closing to ensure the elevator operation safety.

Standard Functions
In this mode, the specified car will only respond to car calls. This operation mode is selected with an external switch in the service cabinet on the car operation board.
Independent Operation
An exclusive operation mode controlled by an elevator operator using the buttons and switches on the car operating board; thus ensuring smooth boarding and exiting of passengers or baggage.
Attendant Operation
If the elevator stops between floors, a safety circuit will check and clear the elevator for operation and then the elevator will automatically and slowly move to the nearest landing.
Rescue Operation to the Nearest Landing
If an elevator arrives at a landing and the doors cannot open, the elevator will proceed to the next landing and the doors will open.
Door Opening Failure Rescue Operation
If one elevator breaks down, system will automatically separate it from the group to guarantee normal operation of other elevators.
Auto Separation of Elevator Failure(2 - 4 Car)
A warning buzzer will sound if a passenger tries to forcibly open the elevator doors while the car is moving.
Open Door Warning
If a car is loaded beyond its rated capacity, the elevator doors will not close and a warning buzzer will sound.
Overload Warning
The leveling of the car is automatically and accurately adjusted by the leveling device.
Auto Re-leveling
If the doors are held open a pre-set period of time, the doors will slowly start closing while sounding a warning buzzer.
Door NudgingCar calls for floors opposite to the car traveling direction will not be registered in order to prevent nuisance attempts.
Behind Car Call Cancellation
If an extraordinary number of car calls is registered and exceeds the in-car load, all registered car calls are automatically canceled.
Anti-nuisance Function
The elevator will return to a pre-set floor and switch to stand by mode if no car calls are registered.
Automatic Return to Main Floor (2 - 4 Car)
The elevator will automatically stop at every floor after 0:00 a.m. every night and initiate a self-inspection on operation conditions and the braking system.
Nightly Self-check Operation
If the power for the car lights is cut off due to a power failure, etc., emergency lighting powered by a self-recharging battery will be activated immediately for passengers' safety.
Emergency Car Lighting
An interphone is installed in each car, enabling communication with 5 sets of phones which are installed in the car, on the car top, in the elevator pit, in the elevator machine room and in the building manager's room during an emergency or elevator maintenance.
Five-way Interphone
Infra-red beams will run along the full opening height, like a beam curtain. If any one of the beams is interrupted, the closing doors will stop and re-open.
Multi-Beam Sensor
If the doors cannot open or cannot fully open within a pre-set period of time, the doors will automatically close and then respond to other calls. If the doors cannot close within a pre-set period of time, it will repeat the closing action to clear any obstacles in the sill.
Door Inspection Device
A microcomputer automatically improves operational efficiency as it will adjust the "door open dwell time" depending on the hall and car call's registration situation.
Auto Adjustment of Door Opening Time
The ventilation fan and light will automatically shut off when the elevator is not in use.
Automatic Fan and Light Control
In a precise response to the current status of the elevator, the signal indicator on COB will show the appropriate text messages such as “OVERLOAD”, “EMER. OPERATION. PLEASE EXIT FROM THE CAR” etc.

A mistakenly floor can be canceled by re-pressing the car call button twice.

The elevator can be automatically parked at a pre-set floor with the doors closed and the lights and fan turned off.
Automatic Return to Main Floor (1 Car)
The elevator will return to a pre-set floor to standby if no car calls are registered.
Load By-pass Indicator
When the load bypass is activated, “Load By-pass” will be indicated on the hall indicator.
Load By-pass (2 - 4 Car)
If an elevator is loaded close to capacity, it will bypass all hall calls. The registered hall calls will be assigned to other elevators.
Earthquake Rescue Operation (WAVIC)
In the event of an earthquake, the seismic sensor will detect a seismic wave (secondary wave) and will put the elevator into emergency operation mode, sending it to the nearest landing.

In the event of a fire, the elevator is automatically sent, non stop, to an escape floor and the elevator responds only to car calls in order to facilitate rescue.

Fire OperationIn the event of a fire, the elevator is automatically sent, non-stop, to an escape floor and then shuts down the operation.
Group Control (3 - 4 Car)The FLEX-N100/N200 system provides effective group elevator operations. When a hall call is registered, the system selects an elevator which can respond to the call in the shortest time.
Data on elevator operational status can be transmitted to the Building Management System for the customer.

CCTV Cable (Car-COP)The cable connecting a camera inside the car and the COP in the hoistway is provided.
Battery Powered Automatic Landing Operation (LANDIC)With LANDIC, there is no need to worry whether passengers would be trapped in a car in the event the car should stop between floors due to an unexpected power failure. A compact battery powered control system, LANDIC, will power and operate the car to the nearest landing.

(1) Dimension tolerance of hoistway shall be following: ① Hoistway height ≤30m; +25mm/-0mm ② Hoistway height ≤60m; +35mm/-0mm (2) Dimensions shall be based on the hoisrway with RC structured. (3) The hoistway’s internal dimensions shall be after the pit waterproof finish.
(4) If the hoistway’s internal dimension is too large, it is necessary to provide intermediate beams.(5) The hoistway’s structural wall thickness shall be 150mm or more (not including the finish).(6) If the main power supply is less than 380V, the hoistway size will be increased for the additional transformer box.
