Check that the motor is compatible with the associated track and accessories and that it is correctly installed into the end adapter (fig. 1). Be aware that the motor can be installed in any of the 2 track end adapters that come with the motor, also known as main and secondary control.

1 Pair the motor with the remote control.

2 Operate the motor in both directions until the main carrier reaches one end side of the track, and then the opposite one, allowing the motor to automatically self-adjust its electronic limits.

Note: to remove the motor from the main controlpull the LOCKING BAR and push it to the left side.

Place the motor shaft into the control and pull the safety locking bar downwards.

While downwards, move the safety locking bar to the right.

Then, release the safety locking bar to secure the motor in the control.

The drapery will move in one direction until it reaches either end side of the track. The LED indicator will flash BLUE 3 times to indicate that the motor has automatically self adjusted the first limit. With the remote control, move the drapery to the opposite direction, the motor will self adjust the second limit when it reaches the other end side of the track.

Pairing the motor with the remote control

This function is convenient when the need arises to change the traversing direction. For example, when pressing the up button on the remote control, the drapery closes, or when pressing the down button, the drapery opens.

Checking the traversing direction

1. Press and hold the programming button on the head of the motor for approximately 1 s until the LED indicator on the motor starts flashing RED.

2. Select the desired channel and press the up button for approximately 2 s. The LED indicator will flash BLUE 3 times. The motor is now paired with the remote control.

1. Press and hold the stop button for about 5 s until the LED indicator on the motor starts flashing RED.

2. Release the stop button, and press it again for about 2 s. The LED indicator will flash BLUE3 times. The drapery has now changed its traversing direction.

A previously programmed remote control can be used in order to add a new remote control or operating channel. Also, you can copy one channel to another in the same remote control using this procedure.

1. Using the previously programmed Vertilux remote, select the desired channel using the channel selector button, press and hold the stop button for about 5 s until the LED indicator on the motor starts flashing RED.

2. Using the new remote, select the desired channel using the channel selector button, and then press the up button. The led indicator will flash BLUE 3 times. The motor is now set on the new remote control or channel.

This is convenient when there has been a programming mistake and it is required to delete the programming from a single channel. Also if you want to delete a programmed motor in a single channel, turn off the power supply of all motors previously programmed in this channel except the one you want to delete and follow this procedure.

Deleting a single motor or channel

1. Select the desired channel using the channel selector button, and press and hold the stop button for approximately 5 s until the LED indicator on the motor starts flashing RED.

2. Press the down button for about 2 s until the LED indicator flashes BLUE 3 times. The selected channel has been deleted. Drapery motors previously linked to this channel are not linked anymore.

Deleting a motor from all channelsDisconnect all motors from the power supply except the one you want to delete and follow this procedure.

1. Press and hold the stop button for about 5 s until the the LED indicator on the motor starts flashing RED.

2. Press and hold the programming button for about 7 s until the LED indicator on the motor flashes RED 7 times and then BLUE one time. This motor has been deleted from all channels.

This is convenient when there has been a programming mistake and the motor needs to be reset to its factory default settings. It is not necessary to turn off all motors previously programmed in the remote control.

Resetting the motor to factory default

1. Press and hold the programming button located on the head of the motor for about 3 s until the LED indicator starts flashing RED quickly.

2. Press and release the programming button again until the LED indicator flashes BLUE one time. All previous programming on the motor has been deleted.

Asegúrese de que el motor es compatible con el riel y los accesorios seleccionados y que se encuentra correctamente instalado en el adaptador del riel, también conocido como control principal (fig. 1). Tenga en cuenta que el motor puede ser instalado en cualquiera de los 2 adaptadores que vienen con el motor.

La cortina se moverá en una dirección hasta que alcance un extremo del riel. El indicador LED parpadeará 3 veces en color AZUL para indicar que el motor ajustó automáticamente su primer límite. Con el control remoto, mueva la cortina en la otra dirección y el motor ajustaráautomáticamente el segundo límite cuando alcance el otro extremo del riel.

Enlazar el motor con el control remoto

Esta función es conveniente cuando la dirección de desplazamiento necesita ser cambiada, es decir, cuando al presionar el botón de subida, la cortina se cierra o cuando al presionar el botón de bajada la cortina se abre.

Cambiar la dirección de desplazamiento de la cortina

1. Mantenga presionado el botón de programación en el cabezal del motor por aproximadamente 1 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor parpadee en color ROJO.

2. Seleccione el canal deseado y presione el botón de subida por aproximadamente 2 s. El indicador LED parpadeará 3 veces en color AZUL. Compruebe que el motor se encuentra enlazado al control remoto.

1. Mantenga presionado el botón de parada por aproximadamente 5 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor parpadee en color ROJO.

2. Libere el botón de parada y presiónelo nuevamente por aproximadamente 2 s. El indicador LED parpadeará 3 veces en color AZUL. Compruebe que la cortina haya cambiado su dirección de desplazamiento.

1. Utilizando un control remoto previamente programado, seleccione el canal que desea copiar y mantenga presionado el botón de parada por aproximadamente 5 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor comience a parpadear en color ROJO.

2. Utilizando el nuevo control remoto, seleccione el canal donde desea realizar la copia y mantenga presionado el botón de subida hasta que el indicador LED parpadee 3 veces en color AZUL. El motor ahora está configurado en el nuevo control remoto o canal.

Esta función es conveniente cuando se ha cometido un error durante la programación y se requiere borrar un solo canal. También se aplica si se desea borrar un motor de un canal específico. Desconecte de la corriente todos los motores excepto el que desea borrar y siga el procedimiento.

Borrar el motor de un canal o borrar un canal

1. Seleccione el canal deseado, luego mantenga presionado el botón de parada por aproximadamente 5 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor comience a parpadear en color ROJO.

2. Presione el botón de bajada por aproximadamente 2 s hasta que el indicador LED parpadee 3 veces en color AZUL. El canal seleccionado ha sido borrado. Todos los motores de tipo cortinero asociados a este canal han sido borrados.

Adicionar un nuevo control remoto o “clonar” un canalUn control remoto previamente programado puede utilizarse para añadir un nuevo control remoto como una réplica del primero. Adicionalmente, también es posible copiar un canal a otro en un mismo control remoto o en un control remoto adicional utilizando el mismo procedimiento descrito a continuación.

Borrar el motor de todos los canalesDesconecte de la corriente todos los motores excepto el que desea borrar.

1. Mantenga presionado el botón de parada por aproximadamente 5 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor comience a parpadear en color ROJO.

2. Mantenga presionado el botón de programación por aproximadamente 7 s hasta que el indicador LED del motor parpadee 7 veces en color ROJO y luego parpadee una vez en color AZUL. El motor ha sido borrado de todos los canales.

Esta función es conveniente cuando se ha cometido un error durante la programación y se requiere reestablecer el motor a sus valores de fábrica. No es necesario desconectar todos los motores programados previamente en el control remoto.

1. Mantenga presionado el botón de programación ubicado en el cabezal del motor por aproximadamente 3 s hasta que el indicador LED comience a parpadear en ROJO rápidamente.

2. Libere y vuelva a presionar el botón de programación hasta que el indicador LED cambie a color AZUL y permanezca encendido durante 1 s. Toda la programación previa ha sido borrada.
