3. Time and progress tracking at VstaffVStaff uses tools so you can monitor your staff’s work progress and communicate effectively. It allows to manage the workload, communicate instantaneously (and as a
group), share computer screens, track tasks and progress, share files, report problems, and generally collaborate as one, fluid team.
We use time tracking software which can record time worked and capture screen for ease of billing. Our clients have access to the software and can easily review progress
and ensure that time has been appropriately recorded.

Hamdan Ahsan is an ACCA and ACA (ICAEW) with Eight years of diversified experience in financial reporting, financial modeling, internal control assessment, business process reengineering and drafting policies.
He started his career with Grant Thornton where he was involved with financial advisory, internal controls assessment, accounting and financial reporting assignments. In 2010 Hamdan moved to EY (formerly Ernst & Young) and gained exposure to service a variety of banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
We are proud to have Hamdan as one of our leading team members. We appreciate his hard work and dedication towards satisfactory client deliverables as well as successful and timely completion of projects.

Muhammad Adeel is a Chartered Accountant by qualification enabling him to be a master of financial reporting and internal controls. His first job was at Grant Thornton where he worked in the Business Advisory Services and gained exposure with Banks and FMCG sector. During his time with Grant Thornton, Adeel gained insight on financial modelling, business planning and Marketing strategies.
Adeel has over Nine years of progressive working experience in business plan development, Financial Modeling, business coaching, marketing, market research, branding, pricing and consulting management fields. He has written over 300 real world business plans, many of which are now successfully running businesses. He likes to work with the business rather than for the business.
This approach has led him to understand the business and its requirements resulting in a satisfied client portfolio. He has assisted startups and running companies bring out the maximum potential and rise.

As an employer, the true cost to hire an employee is more than just the wage or salary you offer them. Following is a brief analysis of the actual / effective salary of an Employee.
Recruitment Cost - Finding technically qualified people who can function effectively in a rapidly growing start up venture is required funds.
Perks and Benefits - Then there are perks and benefits like, Insurance, dependent care assistance, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans etc. which amount to 30 - 35 % of the basic salary and form part of the salary package to be paid to the local employee.
Overhead Costs - There are overhead costs of having a local employee such as space utilization (Rent) cost of equipment (computer) and software which when expressed in term of the basic salary makes an additional 30 - 40 %.
On the aggregate a local employee costs the company nearly twice the basic salary being paid to You. It is pretty evident that a local employee costs significantly more as compared to having a similar resource with VStaff. But to keep the cost minimal we have assume all other costs are only 50% of the basic salary.
