Jeffrey Repka was born in Carnegie, PA. He served his country in the US Ma-rine Corps as a Photo Interpreter from 1966-1969. He was stationed at Cherry Point, NC, the second marine airwing. He held the rank of E5 sergeant upon his discharge.

Jeffrey received a medal for his service during Vietnam War. When asked why he believes that our young citizens need to get involved and vote, Jeffrey states that it is a great privilege to actively participate in our country’ voting process.
