Conclusion • Forewards to a „minority friendly environment“ all over Europe through solidarity and cooperation between minorities from in and outside the EU as well as through using more effective the structures of existing NGO-networks like FUEN. • It would be essential to transform the history of Russia and the Turkic Empires of the East in school medias and public discourses into a common history of both: Slavic history as a part of great Turkic civilizations history and vice versa (acknowledgement of reciprocal acculturation) • implementation of a Minority Mainstreaming process similar to approved instruments of Gender Mainstreaming
Therefore necessary: • scientific support • financed project-programs • individual activities • know-how-transfer from East to West and West to East
