main cabin and upstairs. There are floor vents to allowconvection to the second floor. The master bedroom alsofeatures an Empire propane wall furnace.

Electricity: Sellers use a small generator when needed. Electric hasnot been brought to this property. Electricity has beenbrought to the other two homes on the shared driveway.

Lighting: Lighting is accomplished with propane chandeliers andlights.

Water: Seller uses pump to take spring water from pond to 125 galmain cistern and 20 gal sink cistern on the second floor.

Merck Forest: Open to the public every day all year without fee for day use.Overnight camping requires permit. Hunters are advised thatMerck Forest is open to the non-hunting public, who also usethe property during hunting season, and that hunters andnon-hunters are expected to respect each other's rights andprivileges.
