I started with Vonage Business Solutions because of the price. I have stayed because of the ability to speak to a real person every time I call. The U.S. based support staff is a big plus!
With five office locations, we can effectively work as a team in servicing our clients. The monitoring dashboard allows us the ability to see who is on the phone and who is not regardless of what office they are in which prevents us from transferring a call to someone currently on the phone.
With call forwarding my customers are able to press four to dial my cell phone when I want that option available without giving out my cell phone number.
From an agency accountability standpoint, call recording takes the guesswork out of "did you really tell us to remove that car or not?".
From a staff accountability standpoint, I can monitor each individual's call volume and make improvements to client servicing.
