ADMISSIONYour Tournament credential is your ticket to the Tournament. This badge is good for admittance to the Tournament for the entire week and should be worn at all times. Volunteers are permitted to purchase one (1) Weekly Guest Badge at ½ price ($79.50).

ALCOHOL POLICYVolunteers and Greenbrier staff are not permitted to drink alcohol while on duty and are prohibited from drinking, even if off duty, in uniform in public areas. Volunteers and Greenbrier staff violating this policy risk having their Tournament issued credential revoked.

APPARELAll volunteers are required to wear the official 2012 Greenbrier Classic uniform while performing volunteer duties. Additional shirts, jackets, and hats are available for purchase at Volunteer Headquarters. Please wear khaki pants, shorts (knee length), skorts or capris and comfortable walking shoes. Cargo style pants or shorts are not allowed. Uniforms should not be worn on days volunteers are not working.

AUTOGRAPH POLICYThe Autograph Policy is in effect for official competition rounds only. Volunteers, Greenbrier staff, and the general public should not ask players for autographs until play has concluded or has been suspended. Volunteers and Greenbrier staff, while on duty, should never ask players for autographs.

CANCELLATION & EMERGENCY POLICYIf you are unable to report for your assigned shift or need to report an emergency, please contact the Tournament Office at 304-536-5322.

N CART ETIQUETTEPlease be considerate and follow proper and safe golf cart etiquette. Some examples of prohibited activities include:

• Exceeding the passenger limit• Standing on the back of the cart• Leaving the key in the cart unattended• Sitting or standing in box carts• Excessive speed• Allowing extremities (arms and legs) to hang outside the cart while in motion

Violation of these activities could result in forfeiture of cart issuance. Please be conscious of play and limit course access during heavy crowds. Take outer perimeter routes whenever possible.

CONCERTSConcerts will be held on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evening of Tournament week. Each volunteer will receive a ticket to each concert. Gates will open at approximately 4 pm. The Wednesday and Friday concerts will begin at approximately 7:30 pm and the Saturday concert is scheduled to begin at 8 pm. Concerts will end at approximately 11 pm.

COURSE EVACUATIONWhen dangerous weather is imminent, a horn will be sounded on the golf course. Volunteers are to move to a safe area and resume their post as soon as it is safe to return. Please do not leave the course until a Tournament Staff member tells you that play has been suspended.

INCLEMENT WEATHERPlease do not assume that play will be cancelled if it rains. You should plan to report for your assigned duty. Contact your Committee Chair or supervisor for updated instructions.

N MEAL VOUCHERVolunteers will be issued one (1) $12.00 meal voucher per shift upon check-in at Volunteer Registration to be used at any one of the Tournament concessions locations, excluding the concession stand at the Practice Range prior to 4 pm daily. MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTEach volunteer will receive a one-time merchandise voucher valid for 10% off a purchase at the Merchandise Tent located at the Welcome Center near the Tournament Entrance. Voucher is valid Tournament week only.

ON-COURSE SPECIAL NEEDSA committee has been established to assist those with disabled needs. Golf cart shuttles will drop-off and pick-up guests at designated viewing areas.

RADIO AND CARTSRadios and carts will be assigned to volunteers per their Committee Chair. Radios are to be checked out and returned daily to the Radio trailer, carts are to be checked out and returned daily to the cart barn. Volunteers using radios or carts should use caution as not to interfere with golf in any manner.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-INAll volunteers are required to register prior to taking his/her assigned post. Registration is located at Volunteer Headquarters. It is also important to sign in with your Committee Chair when you arrive at your post.

PARKING & SHUTTLINGVolunteers will park in Lot V located at Exit 175 off I64. Shuttles will run from Lot V to the Tournament Main Entrance beginning at 5:30 am and will continue until 9 pm each day. Please be aware that your Volunteer Credentials will serve as your Parking Pass to Lot V.

N VOLUNTEER HEADQUARTERSVolunteer Headquarters is located at The Greenbrier’s Golf Academy. Upon entering the Tournament, continue past the Welcome Center to Volunteer Headquarters on your left.

VOLUNTEER INCENTIVESAs a thank you for your hard work and dedication, The Greenbrier Classic offers incentives packages for Volunteers. The incentives are based on the number of shifts you work during Tournament week.

Volunteers will receive one complimentary round of golf on The Meadows Course or The Greenbrier Course with the completion of 4-7 shifts.

Volunteers will also have the opportunity for a $79 One Night Stay Package including complimentary golf for two on The Old White TPC, Meadows or Greenbrier Courses with the completion of 8 or more shifts.

N DAILY PAIRING SHEETPick up a daily pairing sheet to find out when the players tee off and the order of the groups. Pairing sheets include a course map and are available near entrances, Information Booths and at selected locations on the Tournament Grounds. PGA TOUR professionals play in threesomes on Thursday and Friday and twosomes on the weekends. Check the leaderboards located throughout the course to find out who the leaders are and where they are on course.

DISABLED PARKINGHandicap Parking will be available at Lot V located at Exit 175 off I64. Follow Tournament road signage to designated handicapped parking lot. Wheelchair accessible buses will be available to shuttle persons with disabled needs and their guests to the Clubhouse. A state issued handicap hangtag, sticker, or plate is required for access.

EXPO VILLAGELocated at the Welcome Center at the Tournament Main Entrance. This exciting area includes sponsor interactive displays and product giveaways.

FIRST AIDFirst Aid stations are located at the 7th Fairway and the 12th Fairway.

N Lost ItemLost & Found will be located at the Information Ambassador Tent located at the Welcome Center near the Tournament Main Entrance. Items may be picked up prior to 6 pm on the day they are lost. All items not picked up prior to 6 pm on the day they are lost will be taken to the Will Call location at the West Virginia State Fair Grounds.

MERCHANDISEOfficial Tournament merchandise may be purchased at the Merchandise Tent located at the Welcome Center. There is also a satellite Merchandise Tent adjacent to the 17th Green.

MOBILE DEVICE POLICYThe PGA TOUR will allow mobile devices on course for The Greenbrier Classic. Please review these guidelines carefully:

• Device must be on silent at all times• Calls may be placed or received in TOUR approved “designated areas” only• No audio or video capture is permitted at any time• No still photography is permitted at any time during competition rounds• Data use (e.g., texting, email, etc.) will be permitted outside of the designated

areas• Data use is not permitted when players are in position to compete (i.e., when

QUIET PLEASE paddles are raised)

Failure to adhere to the Mobile Device Policy rules will result in confiscation of mobile device or spectator removal from Tournament Grounds.

An official Tournament shuttle will provide transportation for spectators to the Tournament Main Entrance. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the day and will continue for thirty (30) minutes after completion of play each day. There is no fee associated with the shuttle.

N PROHIBITED ITEMSThe following items are prohibited during the week of the Tournament for spectators, volunteers, and employees.

• Cameras or video cameras (Thursday – Sunday)• Radios, TVs, signs, or banners• Beverages or coolers• Firearms or weapons of any nature• No bags larger than a small purse (6” x 6”), including

- Camera carrying cases - Backpacks - Packages and other carrying items - Bag chairs are not permitted

All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board shuttles.

PUBLIC RESTROOM LOCATIONSA disabled accessible restroom unit is available at each public restroom location. Restrooms are located at the following locations:

N TICKETSNo refunds, no exchanges or replacements for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets must be displayed at all times. Tickets are valid for the date listed on the ticket only.

MILITARY TICKETSFree daily admission to the Tournament Grounds and the Benefactor hospitality area will be available to active and retired military personnel with valid military identification. Military daily tickets are available at Tournament Will Call during the week of the Tournament. Valid Military identification cards consist of Active Duty, Retired Duty and Dependent Cards.

YOUTH TICKETSFree daily Tournament Grounds admission for children 15 and under. Youth Daily Tickets are available at Tournament Will Call during the week of the Tournament.

WILL CALLWill Call is located at Parking Lot F (General Parking) at the West Virginia State Fair Grounds. Proper photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Will Call hours of operation are 7 am through 7 pm, Monday, July 2 through Sunday, July 8.

Sponsors and guests with hotel accommodations at The Greenbrier have the option to pick up and leave tickets at the Sponsor Will Call desk located at the North Entrance.

Will Call will be open for concert tickets from 3 pm to 9 pm, on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

The Wednesday, Friday and Saturday concert series will be held at the State Fair Grounds, home to the State Fair of West Virginia.

A weekend packed with music, Toby Keith with special guest Lionel Richie on Wednesday, July 4, Rod Stewart with special guest The Fray will perform Friday, July 6, and Bon Jovi will light up the stage on Saturday, July 7.

Please note: Tournament issued credentials will not allow access to the concert grounds. Each individual must have a concert ticket.

Youth and Military may purchase a concert ticket for $30 at Tournament Will Call and Concert Admissions locations on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for the corresponding concerts.

CONCERT PARKINGTournament and Concert parking will both share the General Parking (Lot F) area. General Parking (Lot F) is at the State Fair Grounds, home to the State Fair of West Virginia, located in Fairlea, WV.

Additional Tips• Follow official Tournament roadway signage to General Parking (Lot F)• There is no fee for General Parking, please display concert ticket for access

onto Parking Grounds• Upon entering Lot F, follow directions to parking area• Carpooling is highly encouraged
