Guidlines for registering and signing off SIS volunteer hoursTRANSCRIPT
Congratulations! • Congratulations on being selected as
a Volunteer Co-ordinator• Your role in the Online Passport is to
verify your volunteers hours. • When Logging onto the Step into
Sport Online Passport, please have your voucher code (from your volunteer) to hand.
Go to the YST website• www.youthsporttrust.org• Go to the Leadership and
Volunteering section• Click on SiS Volunteer Passport• Click to enter the Step into Sport

Watch the Getting Started Video
Click Register Volunteer Co-ordinator
Enter the Voucher Code and your Email Address
Enter your voucher code which you should have received from your volunteer.Then enter your email address. Then click Continue
Fill in the FormFill in your details on the form (these won’t be available to anyone else). Click Register.
Click the link to the homepage of the Step into Sport Online Passport.
Log in Page
On the Passport Homepage, enter your email address and password and click login

Verifying Students HoursWhen there is a session that you need to verify, this will appear on your homepage. Click Verify
This will then bring up the next screen with details of the session. If the details are true click verify. If not, contact the volunteer and ask them to change the details.
