New Rotary Year 2018-19
Rtn Barry Rassin, a member of the Rotary Club of East
Nassau, Bahamas, has taken over as President of Rotary
International 2018-2019.
His strategy includes fostering stronger connections
between Rotary International and Rotary Clubs. He says
we must grow our youth programs, especially Rotaract,
strengthening the transition to Rotary. The Young
Professional Rotaract Clubs could evolve into Rotary
Clubs.
He believes we must address how we bring our mission
into households around the world. Those who know what
good Rotary Clubs do will want to be a part of it and we
must find new models for membership that allow all
interested in our mission to participate.

that beckons others to
do the same.
