It is hard to believe that spring will be here soon! Wasn’t it just yesterday we were saying “Happy New Year”? I hope your year is off to an excellent start, and you are on your way to achieving your goals. We had a wonderful February meeting, and if you weren’t there you sure missed out. I would like to thank Jennifer Truhn and Clark Security for sponsoring our dinner last month as well as doing a mini presenta-tion. Thank you to John Hubel for giving us a quick start to understanding how dou-ble sided Chicago locks are coded at the factory. Also, thank you to Mark Bickman for brining key machines and other tools, so we could have a hands-on demonstration during the meeting. We will come back and visit the Chicago locks in the months ahead. We also had a good meeting discussing and planning the classes LSA will be teaching at the IDN trade show in March. We also had the privilege of hearing from Carl, the inventor of some of the A-1 10 cut tools that many of us have used! We also had some good discussion on the LSA an-niversary plans for later this summer. Please plan to join us for our meeting in March, as we will be doing final prepara-tion for the classes at the IDN show, as well as have some hands on learning with some small format BEST-style interchangeable cores.
