Vice President’s Staff

From the 1st Vice President From the 2nd Vice President

Hello Fellow Footprinters, What a great meeting we had in Janu-ary. We started 2016 with a great speaker (Wendy Garrison, Director of the China Spring Youth Camp) and a lot of new members. It is wonderful to see so many

people interested in what our organization does. I was asked by a new member, “Why do we go to different places for dinner?” For those who don’t know, our mem-bers are from both the Carson Valley and Carson City. To be fair to both, we try to make the travel reasonable, so we rotate our meetings between the two cities. Our February 18th meeting is at the Carson Nugget. Please RSVP by February 11th to get in the early bird drawing to win a free dinner. The cost is $21.00. Social hour is 5:30pm with dinner at 6:30pm. Please try to bring a friend and a Pot “O” Gold gift.

Pat

Hello Fellow Footprinters, Thank you for the great turnout at our January meeting, it was nice to be back at the Carson Valley Inn. There was a lot of interest in Wendy Garrison’s pre-sentation (Director China Spring Youth Camp) and several members expressed the desire for a group tour/field trip in lieu of the traditional monthly meeting. Please let us know at the February meeting, because I will not book a speaker for March and use that month for a group tour. At the February meeting we will have our own Mike Mary who will talk about the Citizen’s Patrol, I look for-ward to seeing everyone there.
