2021 is here ready or not. Here's to having a great new year for the Music City Mopar Club. I am sure we will have to continue to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic but with a certain amount of caution and by following specific recommended hygiene protocols we should see more events not being cancelled. With that in mind we will be having a meeting January 24th at Wayne Halls churches fellowship hall. The address and meeting details are included in

this newsletter.

We will keep the usual schedule of pre-meeting at 1:00pm with the meeting at 2:00pm. We have several items we need to discuss and see how we will proceed in 2021. The location will be at Wayne Hall’s church fellowship hall. It has plenty of room to social distance. I hope to see you there. Mt. Olivet Baptist Church 7463 Hickory Ridge Rd. Mt Juliet, Tn 37122 It is not in Mt. Juliet. From Nashville take I-40 east and take exit 232B and go North on Hwy. 109. Then turn left at the light beside the Speedway Gas station which is Hickory Ridge Rd. The church is on the right approximately 3/4 miles from 109. It is the 3rd church on the right from 109. When you go through the 4-way stop it will be about a 1/2 mile further. Hallelujah! We have a member who has stepped up and will be taking over the Newsletter from Richard Price. Troy Randolph will take over the important job of editing our monthly Newsletter. Richard, Troy, and I are working together to get the January Newsletter out. And if you are currently reading this, we must have succeeded. We will be getting feedback from you as to what you like about our newsletter and what we can improve on. We will also be making updates to our sponsors list at the January meeting. If you want to continue to be a

sponsor and be listed as such you need to get your money to Wayne. Speaking of the January meeting there are several things we will be discussing that will shape what are club will look like this next year. We want and need your input so do your best to make the meeting.

There are several things that need to happen right away.

1. Everyone needs to send in their membership renewal for 2021. That usually happens for most of us at the end of year party. Please send you dues to Wayne Hall. We will attach the renewal form so you can print it out and send it in. Wayne will be at the January meeting so you can renew in person.

2. We came up with a Theme for our 2021 Car show. The officers put our heads together and settled on using the Theme "Keep on Truckin". We will use the logo from that era and incorporate some trucks and vans in the artwork. All years of trucks and vans will be celebrated. We will vote as a club on this theme and Richard will have show fliers printed for us to distribute.

3. Keep lifting up each other in prayer as some of our members and their relatives are not doing too well.

I personally want to thank all club members for making the MCMC a great place for

Mopar gear heads to thrive and enjoy our passion for all things MOPAR! See you the 24th. Mopar Mike
