Family Portraits There are still vacancies on Sunday 14th for your family photograph to be taken. This is a great way to have that special gift ready for family and friends here or overseas. The Package is $40.00 for 6 photos of varying sizes. You may have as many packages as you wish with any groups of people you prefer. Each separate groups photographed pays $40.00. Places are filling fast. Please send the reply slip and money to the office by 5 September 2014. Your requested time will be confirmed with you dependent on demand for each day and timeslot. Online Payments Please see page 15 of this newsletter for the information of how you will be able to pay school accounts online from 15 September 2014. This will include excursions, preschool fees, sport etc. We hope this will save parents from lining up at the office window and allow them to pay accounts at their convenience as the online service is available 24 hours a day. Parents using the service will print their own receipt as proof of payment just like when you pay any other account by BPay or credit card. Payments to the P&C for uniforms etc will still need to be made in person or through the box in the foyer. Gala Day Gala Day is next Friday 12 September. All day passes will only be available until Wednesday 10th September. Please pay at the office. Passes will be delivered to classes on Gala Day. Assembly Friday 12 September Cancelled Due to Gala Day, parents are advised the assembly will not be held on Friday of Week 9. Congratulations to our Sydney West Athletics Carnival Representatives
