Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Parent Group will be collecting Box Tops to raise money for our school. Did you know that some local

schools raise thousands of dollars for their schools each year, just from clipping and submitting Box

Tops? Each Box Top is worth ten cents.

Box Tops are on the packaging of hundreds of participating products that you probably use every day. All

you need to do is cut them off of the box they are on, stick on the collection form or in a baggie with your

child’s name, company and Id number and send them to school with your child. Every 10 box tops your

child turns in will receive 1 merit. If you would like to earn one parent service hour you will have to

submit 50 box tops. It’s easy and you can ask family and friends to collect them for you.

The Company that collects the most box tops by February 26, 2016, will win 250 honor points. So be sure

to turn in your box tops to the Main Office Attn: Kay Deitch by February 26, 2016.

We plan on making the submission deadline by the end of February, so start saving and sending in your

Box Tops today!

Sincerely,

Kay Deitch
