The 6th grade class read "The Indian in the Cupboard" and had to create their own cupboard and write a

story about something that came to life in it. They also had to create a project entitled "What Freedom

Means to Me" for Freedom Week. 5th grade read "Matilda" and then had to do a Feature Teacher presenta-

tion where they had to teach the class how to do something. They also had projects entitled "What Freedom

Means to Me" for Freedom Week.

Seniors 2017 had cap & gown and tux and drape pictures

taken earlier in the week. Our photographers loved how well

all the students acted like family and the seniors took their

picture with them. “The Bluff” is one big happy family!!!

Junior High Baseball comes to an end. The team finished the season 5-3 and won 3rd

place. I was very happy with the improvements the team made over the season. The

team was lead by 8th graders Brandon and Montana along with 7th grader Trevor Moore.

Most improved player is Shane Johnson. -Coach Darby
