How to draw a Grinch

See who can pick up the most candy canes in 1 minute.

You will need:

Candy canes

Parchment paper

Cookie sheet

Large tray Line a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment

paper. Unwrap your candy canes and place

them on the parchment paper. We were able to

fit about 6 candy canes comfortably on our cook-

ie sheet. Cook them in the oven at 250 degrees

Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Check at 8

minutes and if you see them starting to lose their

shape, take the candy canes out. Don’t let kids

touch the cookie sheet.

Transfer the piece of parchment paper (not the cookie sheet) to the large tray.

It doesn’t take long for the candy canes to start to cool. If you wait too long to bend the candy canes, or if you try to bend them too quickly, they snap, so watch out!

If you like, you can return the candy canes to the oven and re-heat them and try again!
