passed on to the New Working

Committee. Along with the Oath

Ceremony, Convocation for the

Online Kannada Classes was

also successfully conducted.

The event was marked with

presence and talks by several

Entertainment Programs by Shri Vimal Pawar Ji

enthralled the audiences with the inspirational musical

songs and Gazals. Shri Sunil Jain Ji recited an

excellent poem on Girl Child and it touched directly to

the heart of audiences. The synthesiser musical

performance by little Angel Shreya Sharda was

appreciated by one and all. The inspirational songs by

Vimal Ji filled in the audience as well as Working

Committee Members with the feeling of energy as

well as sense of responsibility. Overall the event was

marked with Grace, poise as well as cheerfulness.

The event was participated in large numbers by

STARS and their family members.

Samuel Butler a Victorian-era English author once said, “Oaths are but words, and words

are but wind”. For last year MYMSTARS have proved it, the words of STARS are

nowhere to be a wind, in fact with our deeds we have proved, our words to be as solid as

a rock standing on the shores of large ocean. We have worked hard to make this

organisation bigger with grit and toil. It is not a mean feat and STARS are confident to

move ahead with further fervour adding zing of professional network. We have delivered

on numerous programs like Computers for kids in need, Online Kannada Classes etc.

and are confident to do more. We invite you to this journey of enlightenment and

provision. Though this special edition of newsletter, we have tried to include all who

would have liked but couldn’t attend the event. We have organised this newsletter in the

Inspirational thoughts from Bipin Ram Tibrewal Ji

Sharing the experience on how even on difficult situation a person should stand in his career to achieve the goal, giving the example of Aeroplane who flies against gravity and opposite winds to reach to the sky.

A person should not get shy from his shortcomings however an individual should face the challenge to come out from challenges and should accept the cultural difference in the society and working place, example shared with working with different nationalities and reaching to the height of Airbus Group India CFO.

Learning good from Indian culture like Indian Marriages vs Western marriages, Indian Marriage is long term and with compromises, we should maintain the Indian culture which is rich in itself.

We should be proud of what we have not done so far, we should be more proud of what we have done till now and should work for future brighten and enlighten.

We are living in 3 century, 19th Century Mind-set, 20th Century Skill set and 21st Century Desire/dream. We should balance all, for the growth of the society in our family and day to day life.
