CPEC Authority Chairman Lt Gen (R) Asim Saleem Bajwa said a ship carrying 17,000 tons of di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) had arrived at Gwadar Port.

The change of policies by the Government regarding transshipment helped Gwadar Port become more functional. As a result of new policies, 200 tons of first fish cargo was transshipped to China.

Chairman of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority (CPEC) Lt Gen (r) Asim Saleem Bajwa said the expressway would help boost the country’s port operations, adding that the project would prove to be the main artery of Gwadar Port through which the entire traffic of the port would flow.
