ORDERS, SHIPMENTSOrders placed by noon (central time zone), on a business day, are shipped that same day. All shipments should be immediately inspected upon receipt and Liquid Resins should be notified promptly of any discrepancies or defective merchandise. Most orders under 50 lbs. (22.68 kg), shipped within the 48 states, are charged $9.95 for shipping and handling. Kits shipped within the 48 states will be charged $25.00. Orders over 20 lbs. and all orders outside the US (48 states) are charged the actual cost of shipping plus $9.95. C.O.D. shipments will be charged an additional $10.00 and residential shipments (as defined by UPS) will be charged an additional $1.75.

WARRANTIESAll electrical components have a six-month warranty from the date the order was processed. All repair resins are warranted for a shelf life of one year if stored in a cool, dark place and kept in the original containers. The MVP Injector and the Resinator QT Pump have a lifetime warranty. All other tools and products have a one-year warranty. If a product is found to be defective during the warranted period, it should be returned with a brief explanation of the defect. Products will be replaced or credited at Liquid Resins’ discretion. Items that have been abused will not be replaced or credited. See below on returning defective items.

CUSTOMER RETURNSIf the decision is made to return any of our products, the purchaser needs to first call Liquid Resins and receive a “Return Goods Authorization Number” (RGA#). If new items are being returned as unused, the purchaser must bear the expense of the freight to ship the goods back to our home office. Our technicians will examine the item(s) to determine if it is in new condition. If the item(s) cannot be sold as new, no credit will be given, and the part will be returned to the purchaser C.O.D. for the amount of return shipping charges. If our technicians determine that the part is in new condition, it will be returned to stock, and the purchaser will be credited for the item less a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 60 days of the original shipment.

ACCOUNTSEstablished credit customers are carried on a 30-day open account. Credit applications are available upon request and normally take 3-4 weeks to process. • Net 30 days. Interest of 2% per month after 30 days. 24% per annum. • After 30 days, credit will be discontinued. Future orders will be shipped at Liquid Resins' discretion.

Resins

All five resins are general-purpose resins and can be used to fill everything from bull’s-eye breaks to hairline cracks. Rapid cure is achieved by covering the resin with curing film, or a curing sheet, and then exposing the resin to ultraviolet light. All resins have a guaranteed shelf life of one year if stored in a cool, dark place and kept in the original containers. Using Liquid Resins’ patented Resinator QT Pump, one pipette will fill approximately five breaks. The 1/2 oz. (15 ml) bottle will fill approximately eighty breaks. These resins are designed exclusively for windshield repair. The latest technology is combined with the highest quality base chemicals to produce resins that will make the best repairs possible. Different color caps identify the various resins.
