Voicemail Template and Protocol

Each Monday morning, change the voicemail. To do so, press the messages button on the phones. The access codes are: Mailbox: 6100# and Password: 6545#

Once you reach the main menu, hit 82. You will then be taken to an extended menu. Select the external greeting, and change that. The script is below. Be sure to say the day of the week and date when listing the box office times.

If there are extended box office hours, as for a show, mention the show. Example: Monday, June 27th from 9am to 8pm for that evenings performance by Placido Domingo.
