Vocational training for women in computersDescription:
The process of social development has involved for looking at the improvement of situation of women, gender inequalities, computer skills, uniqueness and individualities in such a way that the various training programmes being formulated and organized to mainstream women into economic activities. The women are able to learn about the importance of practicing computer application thus empowering them to incised in every fields and break the gender inequalities. The programme attempts to promote the women employment in industry (mainly organized sector) as semi-skilled/skilled & highly skilled workers by increasing their participation in skill training facilities and also in self-employment; thereby increasing womens participation in economic & social development of the country.
Action Plan: The training programme offers higher skill exercise from the instructors of various skill training organizations.
Sensitizing social environment through various publicity campaigns.
Education Initiatives through Fundamental and Life Enrichment Education. Offer them to analyse the recent business trends and strategies of the various industries. Awareness about Women Empowerment Programs and further the empowerment of other women in their communities.
Offering the marketing and management skills. Trained them interpersonal skill through e-learningOutcomes: The outcome of vocational training of women will make them very confident, prepared and equipped with the skills required applying and securing government and administrative jobs. Empowerment of women through entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. This will make women as strong work force which makes India a wealthy nation. Budget
Rs. 30,000 to 50,000 for various awareness and publicity campaigns.
Rs. 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 for enhancing the various skills of women through training.
Rs. 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 for womens self-employment.
