A performance of a play or story or some sort of event.

CHARADES!Originated in France in the 18th Century

Charades is a game in which some of the players try to guess a word or phrase from the actions of another player who may not speak.

Rules of CharadesDivide class into two teams.

Classmates will take turns acting out one of the words they blindly pick out of the hat.

Students will have 30 seconds to act out their vocabulary word while their team guesses.

The actor cannot use any sounds, only body movements

If the team is able to guess the word within 30 seconds, they get a point.

If after 30 seconds does not guess correctly, the other team gets a chance to steal.

The team with the most points wins.
