Desktops Have Outlived Their Lives:: Desktop is 20 to 25 years old idea/concept and the technology. Its

use and sales are declining year over year.. PC/Desktops shipment dropped by 14% in first quarter of 2013 than 2012 and are further dropping qtr over qtr.

During its lifecycle, hardware footprint became smaller, laptops came, more powerful multi core processors came, new windows versions appeared one after the other.
