Viva Registration and Payment Process
Participant will visit the Viva website and explore the Events, will click on Register button.
Participant will be redirected to the below screen.
Participant will select the student category, he will redirected to Parent portal login page if he/she
clicks on Vibgyor student.
Participant will click on Non Vibgyor Student and will be redirected to Registration page as below;
On successful registration, participant will get popup notification on their screen along with login
credentials and an email to the registered email id.
Participant will login with login credentials as available with them and they will be able to see the
icons of Viva Registration and Viva Activity Fees.
Participant will click on Viva registration icon to acknowledge the terms and condition.
On this page, student details will be prefilled with no edit option, he/she will read the terms and
condition and click on the check box to proceed further.
Once registration is done, he/she will click on Viva activity fees, on this screen he/she will select the
events/activities as desired (Participant will be able to see the activities as per the grades he is
currently studying).

On this page, participant will have select Audition venue if he/she has selected any activity from
Premier competition Event.
Participant will fill the email id and mobile number and click on Pay Now button to pay the fee
online.
Upon successful payment, participant will get an acknowledgement of payment and an email with
Audition venue in case if registered for Premier Competition.
Participant will be able to upload the video for Short film making by clicking on the icon “Viva
Activity Data Upload”, upload button will be enabled only if participant is registered for short film
making event.
