Aquaknox had so much to oer & Master Chef Tom Moloney is the most well informedsh person I have ever interviewed. They tag sh & can tell you where your choice

sh came from. Delicious recipes & great greeting of the client at Valentinos withJames Beard award-winning Chef Luciano Pellegrini and a special wine room, thatwas perfect for meetings or special dinners. Loved the tastes and preparations at Taoand the many reasonable but delicious choices at La Grasses Stadium. We found SushiSamba a fantasy in small succulent bites and Morels French Steakhouse & Bistroslunch and creative cocktails are denitely unique.

IFTWA is our dream organization. I just fall in love with everyone as we all have the same intentions to learn and to grow in our craft. The Marketplace introduced us to so

many new places & friends, the pool decks & spa were places we exchanged ideas & relaxed & the shoppes at both hotels had everything one could wish for. What a perfect

    conference.!

    From Gondola rides, to elaborate

    lobbies & artfully designed

    shopping tours, the luxurious suites

at a variety of prices enhanced our

    memorable experience. Concierge

    services are outstanding & every

whim was satised. This is the place

    for pampering & fabulous food.

Our members from several groups viewed headline shows that were superb. We enjoyed Rita Rudner, the Rock of Ages, and the engaging Americas Got Talent Live show.

The very elitist Da Vinci exhibit was breathtaking. Top left: Dale, award-winning photographer, show with the uncanny Blue Man Show. What a musically comedic, dazzling

combination of technology and creativity. There is dry humor, great music & astonishing technowork. There was such energy that carried over to the audience that

everyone was excited. The interative participation was so splendid. This is our kind of hotel, as there is something exciting going on every minute, 24 hours a day.

    Anthony MeidenBaur is theamazing chef

who directs thisaward winningrestaurant. Thesta is the mostaccommodating& support all ofthe exquisiterecipes that aremagnif icentlypresented. Witha marvelouslist of over 200beers that arecomplementedby dazzlingfood selections, our beer pairing was a nightto remember. The Craft Beer

was the favorite of my groupThis new Gastropub is a reallyupbeat, warm & friendly bar &

could be called a tantalizingtavern. The fabulous beerpairing our group of travelwriters experienced was theabsolute best in the business& I have been writingreviews for 30 years. FromPoutine with Duck Cont, toScotch Egg & Crispy Oysters,to Crispy Frogs Legs & FoiGras, the appetizers were

amazing. Entrees are spectacular. The Short Ribs South with Porter

Braised Sweet Potato Puree &Deschutes Black butter, servedwith yummy IPA Battered Onion

Rings, are the worlds best. The Quail withButtermilk Fried Wa es & Bacon BraisedSwiss Chard, had a tasty Maple glazedMoose drool. Another favorite was theSmoked Bacon Scallops. They use allnatural Angus Beef & the everythingfrom the luscious Pub Burger with BaconMarmalade Gruyere Cheese, Guiness& herbed French Fries, to spectacularsteaks, are the best in the business.Pappardelle Pasta is a great choice anddesserts are dazzling. Dessert with thespecial Cremant De Limoux Float, a

raspberry sorbet with Vanilla Ice Cream& Pistacchio Madeleines was paired withan Apple Beer. The result - extraordinary!
