DawoodisanEnvironmentalHealthOfficerandSurveyor.Since1990hehasspecialisedintheareaofhousingandworkedasHousingEnvironmentalHealthOfficer,RegenerationConsultantandPrivateSectorHousingManager foranumberof localauthorities. Inhiscurrentrole,he is responsible formanagingtheDisabledFacilitiesGrant(DFG)budget,aswellas thePrivateSectorHousingandRenewableAssistancebudgetanddeliveringadaptations services to the localRegisteredSocial Landlord (RSL).Amongsthisportfolioofresponsibilitiesforthepast7-8yearshasbeenmanagingahome improvementagency,deliveringa full rangeofservicesto theolderandvulnerable residents including Handyperson services aimed at deliveringminoradaptations, tomanagingaHousingOccupational Therapistdelivering a fast assessmentand intervention service.

Gordon isaqualifiedOccupationalTherapistwithmorethan8years’experienceofcommunitybasedhousingadaptationanddesignworkand, since2012,housingassessmentsonbehalfofcharitiesandprivatecompanies,suchasVivaAccess.Hespecialises inchildren’sadaptationsand recentlycompletedhisdiploma inAccessibilityand InclusiveDesign fromSalfordUniversity.

AlisonGrant-Architect/AccessConsultant
AlisonstudiedattheUniversityofSheffield,qualifyingasanarchitect in1993andworkingformanyyears inCanada,HongKongandAustraliaonprojectsranging frommud-brick self-build housing to skyscrapers, shop fit-outs, schools and libraries. Latterlyshedevelopedastrong interest in inclusivedesignand indesigningandadaptingbuildings tomake themmoreaccessible, sustainableandenjoyable foreveryone touse.Shehasaparticular interest inaccessiblehousingandundertakesregularcommissionstoadapthousingfordisabledpeoplevia themechanismoftheDisabledFacilitiesGrant.Alison isaConsultantMemberofNRAC (NationalRegisterofAccessConsultants),anaccreditationbody established to promote anduphold standardsofAccessConsultantsand Access Auditors.
AnitaRush–ClinicalNurseSpecialist(Bariatrics)
