science education programs to successfully join forces with IslandWood. Helped develop strategy

for IslandWood and Homewaters to expand science education models offsite, and potentially

statewide, to successfully serve more children and families. Led transition for Homewaters functions

to IslandWood’s teams (HR, IT, Website, Finance/Accounting, etc.) Advised senior IslandWood

educators how to successfully transition and manage Homewaters staff into new roles and structure.
