The aim of the conference is to bring together high-level experts and young research scholars from different parts of the country to discuss the fundamental issues, the state of the art and the latest developments in materials for energy storage and conversion. It would be completely focused on emerging material technologies for both the energy conversion and storage ranging from solar, nuclear, hydrogen, fuel cell to energy storage devices like batteries and super capacitors.
At the same time, Workshop on is firmly focused on more in-depth understanding of density Computational Techniques for Energy Materials functional technique specially used for energy materials. Workshop on Computational Techniques for Energy Materials is focussed on in-depth understanding of properties of energy materials through Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation techniques.The one day workshop will accommodate lectures and tutorials from expert scientists working in this field for long time.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Both the conference and workshop are open to research scholars, faculties and industry people who are working in the area of theoretical and experimental aspects of Material Science & Technology. Few selected participants who are unable to meet travel expenses from their host institution will be provided to and fro rail fare as per the availability of the funds.
