I am Ana Mendia. Student at the University of Kentucky, eventually seeking a career in medicine!

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, living there

from 1990 to 2001.

I moved to the small town of Sleep Hollow, NY

and lived there for 5 years, but had to move once again in 2007..

I then moved to Louisville, Kentucky

where I attendedEastern High School and graduated with

honors.

I applied and was accepted to the University of Kentucky . I am

currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Human Nutrition with a

minor in Biological Sciences. I anticipate to graduate in May of

2013 and pursue a career in medicine shortly afterwards.

At the University of Kentucky, I had the opportunity to be a founding member of the sorority Alpha Phi. Throughout my

three years as a member, I have served as Panhellenic Delegate, Vice President of

Programming and Development, and currently serve as Chapter President.
