ORGANISATIONAL ECONOMIC PALETTE OF CURRENT CONDITIONS OF VARIABILITY OF TRANSFORMATION CHANGES IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article presents and argues an algorithm of formation and realization of the Strategy of sustained development of cyclic-binary type under resource shortage for Ukraine. It perfects structurally-logical schemes and methods of identification of transformation changes, which contributes to application of new strategic tools for the state economic system regeneration, based on both the principles of systemic, complex, synergetic, object-oriented, resource-based functional approaches and fundamentals of classical thermodynamics.

HUMAN CAPITAL IN DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE ECONOMY The article claims that the priority of Ukraines innovation development lies in the provision of deep structural

changes aimed at formation of the fifth technological stage. In this light the article analyzes the change of a workers narrow-focused role in industrial production process to a broad-focused role in an innovative production, where a worker, relying on knowledge and creativity, becomes the engine of the innovation development of the production process.

The article substantiates effectiveness of an uninterrupted system of education of highly skilled professionals to secure industrial innovation development; reveals the elements of this system and their interaction.

THE EFFICIENT WAYS SEARCH FOR INNOVATIVE IDEAS AND DECISIONS The article highlights the essence of existing idea generating methods, which are systematized according to such

characteristics as purpose and stage of innovation process; presents specifics of the methodical approach, which breaks up idea generating methods into two groups logically-systematic and intuitively-creative; identifies features and specifics of the use of these methods. The paper suggests methods of selection of potentially attractive and economically productive ideas and decisions which allow cutting money and time spend of generators and creative groups.

ON APPROACHES TO CREATION OF EFFECTIVE COMPETITIVENESS MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES AT PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

The article runs a retrospective analysis of the major macroeconomic indicators and the analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of the current competitiveness management system in the industrial sector of Ukraines economy. Based on the results of the competitive troubleshooting of the furniture manufacturing enterprises, procedures for their competitive potential quality evaluation are suggested. The article defines the basic components of the target functional of the competitiveness management in the given branch of processing industry; proves priorities for the intensification of the industrial growth of furniture manufacturing enterprises along with suggested specific functions to provide for the effectiveness of the competitiveness management, using the systemic complex approach to the identification of competitiveness level.
