createOur template editor lets you set up visual standards for your messages, creating easy-to-use templates with simple fields for your team to fill in. Share publishing authority with multiple users or set up an approval process that limits access to just a few people.

Auto-updating content like news and weather feeds can be included to keep people up-to-date and easy importing tools let you bring in a wide variety of media types. AxisTV also supports Flash-based interactivity and charting for interactive wayfinding and data visualizations.

��Once your content is in AxisTV, use intuitive controls to schedule and manage your messages. The calendar scheduler allows for dayparting, and designating an end time ensures that messages “fall off” the play rotation without user intervention.

AxisTV also has management tools for backgrounds and content, players and displays, and overall system settings. System administrators can view reports and can even effect global changes using our software’s Alert Mode to override scheduled playlists and deliver critical notifications.

AxisTV uses a browser-based content management system that is scalable for enterprise-wide solutions or can be configured to meet the needs of smaller networks.

Announce is our advanced digital signage application for those who want beautifully choreographed content with centralized control in a highly configurable platform. It is designed for institutions with access to knowledgeable designers and programmers, or who want to invest in ongoing development services to keep their content fresh.

Announce uses themes made up of matching animated layout and message backgrounds. This lets you coordinate the overall presentation on the screen for stunning, HD-quality digital signage.

You select the theme, create fill-in-the-blank and auto-generating templates that match that theme, and assign user access for content contributors. Users then simply log on, fill in the templates and schedule them for approval.

You can also import a wide range of media types into your layouts, and our sophisticated design and media management tools let you create your own designs.

Next, build fill-in-the-blank templates using text, graphics and dynamic content while controlling transitions, opacity, timing and Z-order through an effects timeline.

With C# programming skills, you can script custom extension modules for auto-generated templates, or Visix can do it for you. These pull dynamic information from virtually any custom database source - SQL, XML, RSS, event schedules and more.

Announce’s player supports animated wallpapers and messages, non-rectangular zones, playlist rotation, native PowerPoint playback, HD streaming, and more.

��Announce lets you quickly search media assets based on type, name, keywords or color category so that you can efficiently manage your existing content. You can snapshot Flash and video files to create thumbnails for faster searches or preview entire files.

Define custom roles for unlimited user accounts and set a built-in approval process for new content. Announce integrates with Active Directory for user authentication and supports multi-tiered content distribution. Whether you’d like to check out the weather forecast, see an interactive map, or simply reserve the conference room - our interactive MeetingMinder™ is up to the task. Display room availability along with all of your digital signage content with these ultra-versatile room signs. MeetingMinders™ display your existing room reservations from Microsoft Outlook or EMS from Dean Evans & Associates, while allowing you to create a walk-up reservation with only a few touches to the screen. You’ll see room availability at a glance with our large on-screen status light that is GREEN when the room is available and RED when it’s not.

To schedule the room, just touch “Reserve” and set the time and meeting length. Optionally, a four-digit PIN can be set to protect your reservation from being erroneously canceled or modified. Walk-up reservations are immediately shared with your Microsoft Exchange or EMS server to avoid double-bookings, and they can be limited to within a few hours of the current time, to the same day, or to a number of days from the current date. Our room signs can be surface mounted or recessed in walls. Our Power over Ethernet (PoE) room signs allow you to run one Ethernet cable to the room sign to supply both power and data, so you don’t have to worry about concealing power bricks. Smart FeaturesFor rooms where walk-up reservations aren’t appropriate, any interactive MeetingMinder™ can run in non-interactive mode. Dynamic digital signage content and room schedules are displayed full-screen in this mode. Interactive and non-interactive MeetingMinders™ can be used together in the same facility, and a consolidated schedule for all rooms can be shown on large displays using a Visix media player. This helps visitors spot their meeting at a glance on the big screen as they approach your meeting space.
