Schools that are proactive about security know how important it is to identify every school visitor. Understanding the status of each visitor and having the ability to manage status changes is a critical part of campus safety. For ScholarChip, Visitor Management is not a stand-alone service. It is designed speci�cally for use in K-12, and is a logical extension of our work securing the entrance to schools with our automated Building Attendance.

Easy to operate manned station, counter-mounted
As a uni�ed component of our School Safety and Operations System, ScholarChip Visitor Manager integrates with Student Informa-tion Systems to manage student pick-up and custodial issues. Administrators have access to visitor data and can manage a visitor’s status from the web 24/7. Our visitor stations rapidly process visitors, capture sta�-time and attendance, and issue key-chain style fobs to frequently visiting parents. We know that no two schools operate alike; for �exibility, our visitor service is available in several software and hardware formats.
