Killing Crazy Horse by Bill O’Reilly - History/North America – Part of the Bill O’Reilly Killing Series

The bloody Battle of Tippecanoe was only the beginning. It’s 1811 and President James Madison has ordered the destruction of Shawnee warrior chief Tecumseh’s alliance of tribes in the Great Lakes region. But while General William Henry Harrison would win this fight, the armed conflict between Native Americans and the newly formed United States would rage on for decades.

LTAC (Lake Tanglewood Anglers Club) and The Lions Club has/will stocked/stock another 15,000 black bass and 5000 hybrid wipers in the Lake on October the 23rd bringing our 2 year total to 37,000 bass and 8000 wipers. This will definitely jump start our fishing in the next few years. We will continue to do a maintenance stocking from year to year as we monitor hatches, growth rates, and movement around the lake. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed time and money to this important part of our lake life. We will also construct and locate more structures in the lake as part of our habitat rebuilding goals in the late winter/early spring.ThxSteve

Show up with some candy and join the fun for Trunk-or-Treat 2021! We are beginning to get more guest speakers coming to visit with us about service organizations around our area. Become a Lake Tanglewood Lions Club member and join in our fundraising and charitable gifts which we have provided for so many over the years.ThxSteve
