Future of The Fjords- a ground breaking new passenger vessel

• We are happy to announce that a sister ship to “Vision of The Fjords” is being built.

• The new vessel "Future of The Fjords" is an all-electric and emission free ship to be launched in May 2018.

• It is set to offer tourists the chance to experience Western Norway’s spectacular fjords on the route between Flåm and Gudvangen.

• Inside it’s as spectacular as outside, with panoramic windows and comfortable lounges providing a front row view of 1800m high mountains, waterfalls, wildlife and sleepy settlements.

2018 HIGHLIGTS

• Our new electrical and eco-friendly vessel, ”Future of The Fjords” will be delivered in April 2018. This will increase

the capacity and number of premium departures between Flåm and Gudvangen. Our award winning hybrid vessel

“Vision of The Fjords” completes the service of premium departures.

• The Kaupanger-Gudvangen Fjord Cruise ferry service will be re-opened. The Fjord Cruise will operate between the

dates 01.05-30.09.2018 and have several daily departures.

• Fjord Cruise Geirangerfjord including the line, Geiranger-Hellesylt, will have an extended season. The line will

operate in the period of 01.04-31.10.2018.

• The season on the Lysefjord has also been extended, allowing the the Fjord Cruise Lysefjord to operate in the

period of 01.06-15.09.2018.

• Fjord Cruise Fjærlandsfjord extends their season as well. New operating dates are as follows: 01.06-15.09.2018.
