Over twenty industries across thirty-five countries have successfully utilized her innovative Voice. Value. Vigilance. process to support employee mental well-being and reduce the risk of crisis. In 2016, the National Alliance on Mental Illness awarded Mettie the Education Advancement Award for her work to end the stigma associated with mental illness. The impact principals delivered in her signature keynotes and trainings are based on her decade of experience in the health and safety field. Mettie graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Health Promotion and Wellness. She holds her Wellness Practitioner Certification through the National Wellness Institute and her Psychological Health & Safety Advisor Certification through the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Charles Zorumski, MDSamuel B. Guze Professor & Head of PsychiatryWashington University School of MedicineDr. Zorumski is the Samuel B. Guze Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Professor of Neuroscience at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) in St. Louis. Dr. Zorumski is also Psychiatrist-in-Chief at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Director of the Taylor Family Institute for Innovative Psychiatric Research. He has published more than 340 scientific papers, five books, and holds five patents. His work has been funded by the National Institutes of Health since 1987. He has served on the Editorial Boards of JAMA Psychiatry, Neurobiology of Disease and Cerebrum, and served on the Board of Scientific Counselors for the NIMH Intramural Research Program from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Zorumski is a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and a fellow of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology and the American Psychopathological Association.

She has been with WTW for over 20 years, spending the majority of her time in the Retirement and Health and Benefits lines of business. Bo CooperSafety Director, Alberici Constructors, Inc.Bo is Safety Director at Alberici Constructors, Inc. He began his career with Alberici 20 years ago and worked his way up creating and managing the safety cultures on large (400+ tradespersons) union construction projects. He is responsible for safety operations in a wide variety of markets, including the new SSM Saint Louis University Hospital, the new BJC Hospital, and the MLS soccer stadium. Bo graduated from the University of Georgia with a Journalism degree and studied meteorology at Mississippi State University. Bo holds the USGBC LEED Accredited Professional credential and is a Certified Safety Professional. He currently serves on the Buildings and Health Policies Committee with the Association of General Contractors of Missouri.

Jennifer SchaeferDirector of Benefits, Washington University in St. LouisJennifer joined Washington University in November of 2017. In this role, she leads the strategy and operations for the University’s benefits programs, including retirement, leaves of absence, health and welfare and wellness. Prior to joining the University, Jennifer held senior roles in HR at several companies in St. Louis, including Merck, Arch Coal, SSM, and Monsanto. In addition to her HR/Benefits experience, she has held roles in Information Technology, Finance, HR systems, and Global Benefits.
