Urban developments
designing distinctive, urban homes has been our focus since Vision’s
inception. It is part of our trademark to source and create the very best

The ability to find niches and create demand has helped us contribute to
the urban regeneration of a number of neighbourhoods in London. It wasn’t
long before our style of house building and scrupulous eye for detail saw
us undertake larger, new build schemes in the capital as well as naturally
expanding our expertise into the renovation of prestigious estates and special
residential projects, which combine sympathetically restored architecture
accompanied by new build houses.

Vision’s work in the sought-after SE1 postcode has
been the company’s catalyst for growth and expansion.
We have made the area our own - bringing a style and
specification of living not seen before in an area within
touching distance of the River Thames, Tower Bridge
and The Shard. a series of eye-catching yet sleek
developments in close proximity have blended together
to create a sought-after ‘quarter’ within SE1; our work
here cementing our reputation as an exciting,

M e r i d i a n P o i n t
Vision seized the opportunity to bring its respected style of London living to an up-and-coming part of
the capital on the outskirts of Greenwich. An emerging arts scene, excellent transport links and proximity
close to the River Thames made this collection of 24 triplex and duplex apartments a sell-out success.
The provision of a state-of-the-art childcare centre on the ground floor and two large offices on the first
floor made this development a true mixed-use scheme. Meridian Point is now the headquarters of Vision,
where staff work in an open plan creative hub supported by superb facilities such as underground
parking and fully-equipped gym, complemented by the recently opened Curve Serviced Offices.
Paradise Park, near Hackney, is probably our most multi-disciplinary development to date and catapulted
our company into the heart of the Olympic neighbourhood. The two acre site features 77 privately-owned
apartments, 55 social housing units and 10,000 square feet of office space, set amid the open Lee Valley
parkland. A number of on-site Grade II listed buildings from the site’s industrial dock heritage have been converted and
beautifully integrated with the more contemporary designed new buildings. To add to its’ exceptional location, Paradise
Park is a truly green development, having ensured minimum environmental impact by way of solar panels, central boiler
systems, use of highly efficient K glass, dual flush cisterns and the provision of cycle storage for some 72 bicycles.

Page Mews in Battersea SW11, is a collection of nine original, extremely refined
houses in an exclusive mews setting. Sleek and stylish was the overriding
theme, with a collaboration of glass, steel and wood that created a truly
unique architectural feel. Merging the interior and exterior was possible with
the installation of full-height bi-folding doors, creating a flow from the ground
floor out to the landscaped gardens. The sense of space and light was further
heightened with tall ceilings, picture windows and oversized doors. The
properties are the epitome of effortless living, with a specification designed
for the most technically aware of London residents and with a level of home
automation that had the busy professional or the well-travelled in mind.

Homes witH Heritage
Breaking out of our traditional urban projects, we have seized the
opportunity to convert and develop new builds in some of the most
stunning heritage sites in and around London. In creating these spectacular
houses and apartments, we successfully combined the meticulous
sympathetic restoration of the beautiful architectural elements with the
finest quality workmanship, sophisticated fit outs and the best of the
cutting-edge design style.
Throughout our heritage projects, our aim was to preserve the past but
also to prepare for the future, by incorporating the latest technology and
modern interior design, so that every property is functional and future-
proof, as well as aesthetically pleasing.5

H A R R I N G T O N G A R D E N S
Harrington Gardens involved the renovation of a
beautifully-proportioned building in South Kensington
SW7, into seven luxuriously-appointed apartments. We
aimed at marrying the past with the present in order
to create a statement residence sitting seamlessly in its
prestigious surroundings. Behind the restored Victorian
façade lie cool, contemporary interiors, underlined by
French-polished hardwood floors, mezzanine levels
accessed by glass stairways, the very latest integrated
audio and lighting technology and the highest
specification fittings.
B R E D B U R Y H O U S E
The project involved the conversion of Bredbury House, a magnificent 19th
century mansion, located at the heart of the prestigious Royal Tunbridge Wells,
on the hill in Mount Ephraim. The elaborate entrance hall at Bredbury House
was carefully preserved by use of high-quality workmanship and consistent
attention to detail. Once inside, each apartment enjoys sash windows and
high ceilings, which have been expertly matched with state-of-the-art fixtures
and modern interiors. The well-balanced blend of elegant period style and
contemporary living standards turned Bredbury House into a fashionable
property, appealing to both the discerning local residents as well as urbanites
looking for a Kent residence and a place in the countryside.
F A R N I N G H A M M I L L
Farningham Mill is a unique development project, comprising
the restoration and conversion of 18 iconic historical buildings
into new superbly finished houses and apartments by the
end of 2014. Enviably located in the peaceful setting of the
Farningham village, the estate will offer a wide range of
properties from two-bedroom cottages to large, loft-style
apartments and gracious family homes, sympathetically
restored or designed to blend in with the existing 18th century
