Students will:
get to know the primary materials, techniques, tools and ways ofexpression used to create art and visual communication
learn to use concepts asic to art in discussions aout images orworks of art
learn to en!oy expressing their own thoughts, oservations, ideas andfeelings in a visual form and come to understand art"s ways of treatingvarious phenomena of life
ecomes familiar with art in #inland"s $golden age% and some importantart styles&periods in western culture
come to understand the distinctive nature of the artistic process whilerecording the course of their work
Visual expression and thinking
'tudents are encouraged to develop knowledge and understanding ofvisual thinking through the creative cycle( 'tudents are guided toconsider the following elements in their personal creative processes)elements of layout *line, colour, shape+
