GRADUATION On May 30, 2014, 78 students

became alums joining the 2,200+ members of the Vincent Memorial Alumni Network. The class of 2014 was accompanied by their families, friends, and many VMCHS students at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.

This year’s graduating class was accepted to many colleges and Universities including UCSD, Princeton, and St. John’s. We are saddened to see these students leave our campus, but we are excited to see what God has planned for them in the near future.

VALEDICTORIANS & SALUTATORIAN The Salutatorian of the

Class of 2014 was Matthew O’Brien. Matthew had the second highest GPA in the class. When addressing his class, he stated “we, the class of 2014, made up of individuals with our own quirks and oddities, have shaped one another these past four years.”

Matthew will be attending University of California, Los Angeles and will be majoring in Economics.

The Co-Valedictorian of the Class of 2014 was Shane Brundy. Shane along with Sagid had the highest GPA in the class. When addressing his class, he said “I want to tell you, class of 2014, never doubt. Never doubt in life, never doubt God, never doubt your abilities, and most importantly, never doubt yourself because you are what makes this class so astonishing. Started from the bottom, we’re finally here.” Shane will attend Texas Christian University and will major in Accounting

The Co-Valedictorian of the Class of 2014 was Sagid Manriquez. Sagid along with Shane had the highest GPA in the class. When addressing his class, he said, “I found a home at Vincent because of its people and it is because of this reason that I remind you that every person you meet is fighting a battle that you know nothing about. Be Kind- always.” Sagid will be attending the University of Pennsylvania and will major in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
