A large kitchen is located on the first floor with dining area and a living room with a considerable terrace. On the second floor, which is also attic, we find bedrooms with bathrooms. The main building is elevator-ready. In the same yard next to the pool lies an extra house in

which there are located bedrooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes  and  garages for 5 cars. Rooms located on the ground floor of the building  have  direct  entrance from   the courtyard and are viable one among others. The pool is equipped with hydromassage system for a complete relaxation. A famous tavern, “Milena”, is located in the village, where you can taste many delicacies and drink the finest wines of Istria.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings. The view is magnificent: white-topped mountains, lush wheat fields, plateaux, valleys, vineyards and olive groves on hillsides, and, finally the sea. Poreč is 57 km far away from Pula International airport; other close airports are: Rijeka international (129 km) or Trieste Ronchi dei Legionari (127 km). Excellent highway and road link directly to all parts of Europe. If you like to visit Venice, you can go directly from Poreč by hydrofoil or by car just 229 km by highway all way long. Within

500 km you can visit Milan, Munich or Vienna. Klagenfurt is only 245 km away by car. Padua, Verona and Bologna are approximately 380 km away by car as well. !!!!
